If we discover that an item has been offered for sale at an incorrect price (either above or below the intended price) we shall make every effort to contact you and inform you of the correct price. If the correct price is not satisfactory to you, you have the option of immediately cancelling your order and receiving a refund, or making the additional payment (if required) to allow your order to proceed. If we cannot contact you, we shall treat the order as cancelled
Orders for products displayed at www.honeysucklehampers.co.uk be taken via the website or by emailing us to request a telephone contact. When you place an order with us, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order with us. This e-mail will give details of the goods you have ordered; however, this is an automatic confirmation of your order and does not guarantee that we shall be able to meet your order.
PAYMENT FOR GOODS
Payment can be made online using PayPal and made using either Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta or JCB. Payments are also accepted by cheque which you can post to us or BACS once an invoice has been raised.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Items that are shown as being 'Out Of Stock' may also offer the option to 'pre-order'. Items are shown this way because we are expecting a delivery of the item from our suppliers within 7 - 14 days from the date the item is shown as being 'out of stock'. Whenever you order an item that has been highlighted as being 'Out-Of-Stock' or available on a 'Pre-Order' basis, we shall inform you within 5 working days of the expected delivery date of the item. If the delivery date is not suitable for you, you may cancel your order and receive a refund.
Honeysuckle Hampers accepts no responsibility for any losses caused by late or delayed delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
•No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Honeysuckle Hampers until we accept your order by dispatching the product to you. When this happens we will confirm the acceptance by sending you an email.
•This confirmation email will be sent to the email address given in your order form and will detail products ordered, payment method, cost (including VAT and P&P).
•You must check all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.
•If your order has not been accepted, you will receive an explanatory email from us detailing the reasons why.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
You may cancel your order up to 48 hours prior to the dispatch date. This will incur a small administration charge. If you are not happy with your hamper please contact us to arrange return within 24 hours. The full value of the hamper will then be refunded on receipt of undamaged and/or in date goods excluding postage.
If goods are returned to us via the courier following unsuccessful attempts at delivery and where any delivery instructions have been met no refund will be made. In these circumstances the customer may request that the goods be resent. This would incur the standard delivery charge and would not cover any spoilt perishable goods. Honeysuckle Hampers will not make any administration charge for dealing with these cases.
